FRECKLETON MUSIC FESTIVAL
HANDEL’S MESSIAH –
Freckleton Music Festival Committee are continuing the proud tradition of over 100 years, offering a performance of “Handel’s Messiah”. This is on Sunday 14th December at Freckleton Methodist Church, Kirkham Road. Starting at 2.30pm for Part 1. There is a break at approximately 4.00pm for Afternoon tea in the Memorial Village Hall. Carol singing back in church at 5.15pm followed by Parts 2 &3 of Messiah at 6.00pm.
We are once again fortunate to have booked the services of four very talented professional soloists whose reputations go before them. We are also very pleased to welcome back again our friends from over the boarder the KVU Singers led by their charismatic conductor, Frank Smith. What a great way to find out what Christmas is all about; come and see. All are welcome. There is no entry charge but donations are welcomed and necessary to help defer expenses.
